Bright futures start with small sparks.
We’re excited to launch the new and refreshed Meridian Career Pathways website, created to help families explore the world of work and support their children as they start thinking about their future.
From discovering different careers to finding inspiration and starting conversations at home, the website has everything families need to get inspired, spark conversations and support students with planning their future career.
This Trust-wide resource for students and their families is designed to complement the careers work already happening in individual schools across Meridian Trust. The website provides age-specific content focusing on the important transition and decision-making points throughout a student’s school journey, supporting them every step of the way. It is designed to help families start conversations, explore ideas and think about future plans together, including activities and questions parents can explore with their children, and curated links to external resources.
Jennie Grove, Meridian Trust Careers Lead, says: “Career Pathways gives our students and families somewhere to start the conversation about what comes next. We’d encourage all parents and carers to explore the new website and discover the ways you can help your child take those first steps towards a bright future.”
