Train to Teach
School Experience
All Meridian Trust’s primary and secondary schools are registered with the DfE’s School Experience programme.
If you are considering a career as a teacher, Meridian Trust can host you for a short period of observation in one of our schools. This experience, while not a requirement of entry, is extremely helpful in understanding how our schools and curriculum work.
School Experience Programme (SEP) candidates will initially be offered a single day at their chosen school, but there may be an opportunity to undertake additional single day placements at other schools within Meridian Trust during the specified dates. All Meridian Trust schools will be offering the School Experience Programme during the following weeks;
- Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are currently unable to offer any School Experience.
To register for the SEP please visit the DfE’s School Experience webpage.
