We manage the IT services for over 20,000 students and staff across Cambridgeshire, Northants, Bedfordshire and Peterborough. Our Managed service contracts are built around the needs of our education customers. We offer a wide range of service options from weekly support visits to a complete on-site management with strategic planning, budget management and refresh scheme aligned to your school improvement.

Meridian Trust engineers offer cost effective, consistent technical support for your IT systems. Based within the Meridian Trust Academies our engineers have an abundance of experience in terms of IT and general school infrastructure. The service includes regular visits to perform mandatory checks and system maintenance including virus updates, Microsoft security updates and back up checks.

Meridian Trust have two secure data centres located within the East of England private education networks for additional peace of mind. Off-site Backups to secure lesson plans to student coursework, improvement plans to student events ensure your school’s data needs are highly available. Our ‘Cloud’ back-up service can provide you with that extra protection in conjunction with your current in-house backup processes.
