Meridian Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Emma Appadoo as the new Principal of Lincroft Academy.
Emma Appadoo takes up the role immediately, having served as Vice Principal since the start of the summer term.
Ms Appadoo brings with her a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to educational excellence, making her an ideal candidate to lead Lincroft Academy into the next phase of its journey. Ms Appadoo previously served as Deputy Headteacher at two different schools in Luton.
Her most recent post was at Denbigh High School, distinguished as one of the highest-performing schools in the region.
With a proven track record in school improvement across various contexts, Ms Appadoo is a highly experienced leader who sets and maintains exceptionally high standards.
Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated her dedication to achieving improved outcomes for children. Her leadership experience encompasses primary and secondary education, sixth form, and special provision, making her well-equipped to drive Lincroft Academy forward.

Aside from her professional achievements, Ms Appadoo is a mother of two children. She has a passion for sports, performing arts, travel, and spending quality time with her family, particularly in the outdoors of Anglesey and Snowdonia.
