As Curriculum Area Lead for Science, Rich works to support science departments across Meridian Trust. In his role, Rich works with leaders and teachers to improve the quality of curricula, assessment, teaching and learning. Rich has a research orientated outlook, and is passionate about working with people to ensure that all students receive high quality, enriching education.
Prior to working for Meridian Trust, Rich led a large science department with consistently outstanding results. Before this, Rich worked for an international engineering consultancy, delivering large scale infrastructure projects.
