Julie is a Global HR Leader with a consulting background drawing upon 25+ years of experience working globally across the automation, energy, and technology sectors in multi-national and high-growth businesses. With proven success in M&A projects (carve-outs, divestments, acquisitions and integrations), global restructuring, and organisational design, she has expertise across the full HR portfolio.
Originally from Greenock on the west coast of Scotland, Julie gained a BA (Joint) Hons in Administration & Sociology from the University of Strathclyde and a MSc in Business Information Technology Systems from the University of Paisley. She has two daughters currently at university. Julie and her husband are based in Cambridgeshire having relocated from Scotland almost 20 years ago.
