As Lead for languages, Ines has organised CPD, a successful NQT day as well as being a liaison between the various MFL departments in the trust, ensuring that all schools are supported through organising shared resources and the dissemination of information and CPD, as well as ensuring that there is consistency across all language departments in the trust. She also leads a successful language department, driving standards through a focus on improved results whilst providing students with a challenging and engaging curriculum. Previously, Ines was lead for Spanish as well as lead teacher for A level Spanish. She is passionate about the link between languages and culture, and has organised a variety of enrichment activities such as film clubs, dance and food lessons, pen pal programmes and trips both in the UK and abroad.
