Lincroft Academy provides outstanding teaching and pastoral care for pupils and achieves excellent standards. The hardworking staff are approachable, caring, and committed to providing the very best for pupils.

They encourage the young people in school to work hard, to enjoy, and to achieve – so Lincroft is a happy school where pupils feel safe. Staff also work to foster students’ self-esteem, and help them to grow in confidence, independence, and individual talent.

As pupils journey through school, their learning becomes personalised as they enhance their strengths and develop their interests. Most will begin to specialise within the excellent curriculum, which extends to include three modern languages, as well as creative and performing arts and sport and physical education.
