My CMAT journey started when I was a pupil at Swavesey Village College.
I treasure the positive, memorable experiences provided by the committed and passionate staff. A significant inspiration of mine, Martin Bacon (former SVC headteacher), whole-heartedly dedicated himself to extending the boundaries of learning and believing in each and every pupil. This has motivated me to pursue my life-long ambition of becoming a high-quality teacher, aiming to make a difference to the lives of many through the power of education. Currently, I am training with The Cambridge Partnership at West Town Primary Academy, where I have had the opportunity to teach 80% since Autumn and now have full-class responsibility in Year 6.
